Day 34: Fireworks on the 3rd!

Wow, what a busy day back home. We are definitely not able to rest yet!


Tonight we went to Downtown Kennesaw's fireworks show. They have theirs on the 3rd. It was so much fun! Even though we had a very busy day getting things done, we were grateful for the time together to have some fun tonight. 


As we were walking down the street a rep for a table gave the boys these Spiderman comics and some stickers. They were thrilled!

There were bouncy slides all over the place. Do you see Jared in the white shirt? Poor guy. He tried to climb up and never made it. Maybe next year!

This was just as fun anyway!

Isaac loves these slides! He went down several times. 

There was a bounce house too. They loved it!

We were right by the train tracks, so a couple of trains passed through. The boys loved watching them, but kept their ears covered. It was loud!

Finally it started getting dark, so we found a place to sit. The boys are pretending to go nigh-night :) I love that game!

Fireworks started! We had a great spot. I was kind of scared sparks would fall on us because of how close we were. It was a great display!

It wasn't even as bad as I anticipated to get out. We live about 15 minutes from where we were, and we were home in 30 minutes. Considering how packed it was, I thought that was great! I love fireworks and I'm thrilled that my boys love them too!
