July 2
My camera memory filled last night AND the phone memory card filled. Larry told me to stop taking pictures for the rest of the trip. I managed to find a few bad pictures to delete instead because not taking pictures is simply not an option.
When we woke up this morning we went back to the fun pool one more time. It was awesome! No one else was there and we all got in and had a lot of fun. I definitely want to go back! Larry and I both went down the slides even :)
Here are some pictures of the boys in the hotel room. They were reading the map and Grayson was trying to eat the map.
See the fish wall behind Isaac? That's a divider that had a "room" for the boys.
This was the front of it. Isaac wanted their curtain closed. He thought it was so cool that they had their own private space :)
I did manage to peek in to take a picture because I loved this! Bunk beds on one side,
a single bed on the other side...
and their own TV in the middle!
All three boys were able to sleep in there and Larry and I had a King bed. Loved. This. Hotel.
We spent the next 8ish hours driving home. When we made it home we let the boys play with a new toy they had gotten from their Grannie Neesie. They are little frogs that you flip.
Jared liked them :)
It was definitely a fun way to relax after we got home. We had such a great trip. I think I said this before already, but I was so nervous about the trip. I talked to Larry several times about making sure we were on the same page that this was a trip not a vacation and we had a lot going on with 3 kids and all this traveling. As it got closer I did get more excited to go back "home" and I prayed. A lot. I have learned that ultimately my attitude affects how much fun I have and my attitude is dependent on how much I've been praying. So I prayed and I made sure to always enjoy our time together no matter where we were or what we were doing. We really did have a wonderful vacation. :)
