I was so sad when Jared turned 3. He was such a cute 2 year old that I couldn't imagine him growing up! Thankfully, he's continuing to be an adorable 3 year old as well.
A day or so after Katie was born he saw me nursing. He pointed to the side Katie was nursing on.
Jared: Are there snacks in there?
Me: No, buddy, there's Mama's Milk. It's milk for Katie to drink.
Jared: Oh. (pointing to my other side) Is there cranberry juice in there?
Me: No, that has more Mama's Milk. Katie can only drink Mama's Milk.
(I made sure he understood that snacks and cranberry juice are not made for Katie yet- I can totally see him trying to feed her Pringles and juice!)
He's clearly very concerned for Katie's nutrition :)
Anyone who has seen me in public has seen me in the awesome kangaroo shirt. The first time Jared saw me put Katie in there he said, "Are you putting Katie back in your belly?"
He cracks me up :) I'm so blessed to have awesome kids!
