I can't believe it, but it's already time to leave Savannah.
Jared is going to miss the dogs!
This is one of the drives that I was NOT looking forward to, but it actually went alright! We drove through downtown St Augustine so I could see Flagler College and there were some beautiful yachts that the boys liked looking at.
We had decided to make a stop at MarineLand on the way to West Palm to break up the trip for the kids. It was a hit!
You buy your tickets and then walk along a sidewalk to get to the dolphins. This was the view on the walk. Talk about gorgeous!
I think Isaac could have sat here all day.
We finally convinced Isaac to leave the view. We got there at a great time- they have times where people can play and interact with the dolphins, so we got to see them doing tricks and everything.
There were huge windows so the kids could see. It was weird to me because I'm so used to Georgia now where everything is indoors. It was so bright outside! But it was beautiful :)
Jared kept saying "Hey dolphin, hey!" and then when it would swim away he would wave, "Bye bye dolphin, bye"
Taking a break to sit in the shade and watch. It was so hot!
Baby dolphin in a different pool....
As we left we made sure to get a picture of the boys in front of the dolphin. This was definitely the best one we got!
Back in the van, heading to WPB!
We made it! We got in a couple hours earlier than planned, which was good! We stopped by Palm Beach to let the boys see the water and walk for a minute.
The plan was to just walk in the sand. But we ended up looking like MAJOR tourists. Larry carried everyone's shoes and Isaac immediately ran out into the water.
He had SO much fun running back and forth.
Whoops, definitely more wet than we had anticipated!
Daddy and Isaac
Jared wanted Larry to get in the water, but didn't want to be out of Larry's arms.
Beautiful!
So happy!
Oh goodness... I had such high hopes.. but the waves kept coming and splashing us.
We got dried off the best we could (of course we didn't have towels or anything) and we made it to Mary's house! The boys had a great time playing with Andrew :)
Jared was being silly! Love that kid!
