We had a great time as a family on Halloween. Well, not the whole time, but we had fun moments!
Grayson in his Pumpkin costume! I found this for $2 at a consignment sale a few months before he was born. I thought it was perfect!
With Grayson coming on Oct 12, our priorities were not on Halloween. We stopped at Old Navy on Halloween day to get the boys a couple of tee shirts that they could wear trick or treating. We found two costumes, in their sizes, marked down from $25 to $5 each!! We were thrilled and the costumes cracked us up :) While trick or treating people would ask Larry what the boys were. He would reply, "They're $5 from Old Navy. That's what they are." They were my little monsters, just like they are at home!
Jared saying Cheese in the van.
Yep, the crying started before we even began trick or treating! Isaac was upset because we went trick or treating in my sister's neighborhood, but we didn't go into her house at all. This was different from what we would normally do and it upset him quite a bit. Unfortunately, the boys had just gotten over the stomach bug and my nephews were getting over an assortment of sicknesses, so we decided that it would be best if my kids didn't go into her house. Oh, and no hugging. There was no hugging on Halloween!
First house!
Jared was SO sad when he had to put his candy into his pumpkin. This was NOT fair!
Larry consoling Isaac.
Poor Jared rolled down a hill. He wasn't hurt, but it was cute because he was this little blue puff.
Trying his hardest to eat some candy!
Isaac decided to sit on this porch and eat his lollipop.
Jared is SO slow. Everywhere we go he is last.
We survived! It was exhausting, but we had a good time in the end :)
