Grayson- Our Bundle of Joy

I'm pausing today to make a post dedicated to Grayson. Larry and I were looking through pictures last night and he's just so stinking cute it hurts sometimes. I don't deserve these little blessings that God has given me, but I promise to love them the very best I can.

I posted this picture on FB and the responses made me laugh because people commented on the Braves gear. No one noticed (or maybe they were just too kind to say) what I thought when I first saw him, "Oh no! My son thinks he's a dog!! How did this happen and how much is THIS going to cost in therapy??"

 This. Right here. This is the smile that tells you nothing else in the world matters but this kid. (It's his survival mechanism. Have you seen his brothers? He's gotta have some way of making sure he gets to be the center of attention!)

 Taking charge at a birthday party and moving stuff around. No one asked, of course, but no one told him to stop. He was too cute in his brand new walking shoes. 

 "Huh? Me mom? I'm not turning on the water and putting this car under. No ma'am. Not me. You can go away now. "

 Food is fun!

 "I'm just chillin with my sippy on the couch. Whatchoo up to?"

 Oh my we had fun at the Braves game- and no one asked me to stop nursing :) (I did get a "How old is he? Ohhh OK" ;)

 Sipping on a bit of frozen apple cider while I wore him at the BBQ festival. This is the life. (For him, not me. Once he had a sip he wouldn't share. And you can see how close he is to my head. It was very difficult to "sneak" the cup to my own mouth without him noticing and grabbing it from me. Spoiled baby.)

 "I'm outside!! In the rain!! This. Is. Awesome!!"

"My Daddy has me! This is exciting!"

 "I just need to be close to you."

 I can hold my bottle while I wait for Mommy.

 Doing a little light reading to be prepared to counteract any methods tried. 

"I don't ask for much. I just need you to stay here. Right. Here."

 "This is so cozy. Daddy's neck is the best!"

"Doh! So close! I can alllmost reach it! And then it will be MINE and the possibilities of my life are endless from there!"
