Additions/Corrections

A couple of corrections and additions to the Home Birth story...


*Chantel prayed with us during the pushing phase of labor. Larry also prayed with me during this time. It was wonderful to stop for just a second and pray.


*Larry also prayed with me after Grayson was born when we were sitting in the tub together. He's a great leader for our home!


*Grayson's hands were not over his face when he was born. I asked C about that at my 2 day check up. He had his hands up by his neck, but they were not actually over his face. 


*Larry and I watched the video and I realized that I did not stand straight up when his shoulders were stuck. I stood and knelt over to hold on to Larry. C hooked her finger under Grayson's shoulder and popped it out, then Grayson slid right out. I helped catch him and that's when we all sat down. I had kept my eyes closed the whole time to focus on what I had to do so I didn't remember holding Larry. I love how involved he was able to be and how "there for me" he was.
