One of those days

I have a friend who has 4 kids under the age of 5. I'll never forget one day her Facebook status said: Somedays, 4 under 5 FEELS like 4 under 5. I completely understand her point and today was one of those days where 2 under 2 felt like 2 under 2! One of the things I love about our marriage is that Larry and I are always willing to help each other out. At different points today we each needed a personal time out. I took the boys away while Larry rested for a few minutes, then later in the day he did the same for me. Through the rest of the day we just tried to keep the boys fed and as happy as possible. Of course, as parents know, days like today aren't all bad. Here are some moments that made us smile :)

I absolutely adore this little old man face. I was worried he would lose this expression once he was no longer a newborn, but thankfully it has stuck around :)

And then there's the smile... my boys have the best grins!

Having fun at bath time. He loves playing with toys in the tub now :)

Isaac "reading" Mommy's book. He's so serious right here, but he was very silly today

Isaac's first art project from church! I've been anxiously awaiting the day when I could bring home a cute project. We are saving this one for sure!

We have run out of room on the computer for pictures. Apparently I take too many pictures and videos :) I'll be posting a couple of videos of Isaac singing. He loves Rain, Rain Go Away (he sings rain rain over and over), ABC song (he sings the letters in random order), and Wheels on the Bus (he sings Beep Beep over and over).
