General Update

It seems like Isaac has changed so much just in the past week. He now will wave hello and goodbye. Of course, by "wave" we mean he flaps his entire right arm up and down. It's so cute! He also has taken a few steps by himself! We practice with him walking between Larry and I. It was so wild to see him step twice without any help from us. He also is finding that he likes to be independent. He will no longer eat food from a spoon. He just shakes his head no and clamps his mouth shut. We're having to be a bit more creative (and messy) with his food. But he does a great job eating real food. He also hates to get his diaper changed now. Pretty much anything where we have to help him is torture. You'd think our nine month old was a teenager! We had his 9 month appointment this week and he weighs a little over 21 lbs and is 29 3/4 inches long.

Next on our list: teach him how to nod yes!

Here are some random cute shots from this week.

Smiling for the camera
He loves to blow raspberries
This is MY chair! You can't have it!
He likes to crawl under the table and then weave out through the chairs
He has so much fun chasing that train!
Playing at the Jungle Cruise
Of course, he loves that drumstick!
