I remember when....

at week 14 I started feeling really pregnant because it was SO obvious I was pregnant (hah!)

I could see my feet without having to look over my belly

I could walk by the baby clothes section in a store without an inner debate on whether I should buy anything and how much I could spend without looking ridiculous

I didn't have to ask myself if the food in front of me was worth the heartburn that's sure to follow

I slept through the night

it didn't matter if I fell asleep on my back, right or left side

the highlight of a trip to Publix would not have been finding milk that has DHA Omega-3

my shoes fit

I could tie my shoes

I would drop something on the floor and simply pick it up, rather than have another inner debate on how important the item is, and how exactly I plan to get to the floor, and back up again

I could eat and brush my teeth without leaving evidence on my protruding stomach

laying on the couch with Larry was easy, instead of a 3 minute long adjustment of arms and legs and baby

Larry and I could agree on the thermostat

I could sleep through the night without getting hungry

it didn't matter where the restrooms were located- now I treat all public restrooms like emergency exits on a plane- I know where they are and have a plan on how to get to the nearest one in the case of any sudden turbulence on my bladder

Going to the mall, Target, and Costco could be done in one day, rather than making it a 3 day affair scheduled around lunch and a nap

Hilarious. I love it. By the way, I remember thinking when I was pregnant that I should have bought stock in Mylanta.
